The advantage of whole core analysis is that it measures properties on a larger scale, somewhat closer to that of the reservoir. Using our 8MHz instrument, H2 Laboratories is now able to offer NMR Core Analysis on full diameter core. Measurements that can be performed include T2 distributions, T1T2 2D mapping, T2 spatial mapping, T1 relaxation, and MRI profiles or 3D images to further investigate the heterogeneity of the core.
